Whew! 11.2 miles today - that is the longest I have run ever. Today ran with Cindi, Shelly, Lisa and Coco. Cindi and I did 11.2 while the others did over 14. Wind was really hard going out and was hilly. We started in Theodore Wirth Park and then over towards West River Road.
I tired out somewhat today - I think I can attribute that to going out last night with Les and the boys from Asystec. We went to Manny's steak house and didn't eat till 9:00 PM. Food was great and had the smallest steak they had and done to perfection. But didn't get home till about 11 and then up at 5:30 AM today. Had one cider and glass wine and lots of water. Thinking the late night dinner played into my performance today. Not that was that bad, but just off.
Other news, I was asked to submit an application as an Erik's Bike Shop ambassador. Would mean a demo bike and gear - sweet - will hear back after 10 March.
